I feel honored to accompany my clients in this journey of discovery, hope and healing.

My Therapy Style

As a therapist, my primary goal is to provide clients with a safe and supportive environment where they can process stressors and life experiences, working collaboratively towards achieving their life goals. No matter what the challenges at hand, I believe people have the ability to "reinvent" themselves and begin to be more fully present in their life's journey. I feel honored to accompany my clients in this journey of discovery, hope and healing. I have extensive experience working with individuals with a variety of clinical presentations and/or those wanting support in promoting positive change in their lives.

Get to Know Me

Why did you become a mental health professional?

Based on my own experiences growing up and the lack of opportunity to express my struggle and emotions, I wanted to work with children and adults to give them a voice and a safe space to work through difficult circumstances in their lives.

What are your interests outside of work?

Spending time in nature such as going to the beach, hiking, and taking walks. I love to travel and will work to find any opportunity I am able to take to do so.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your well-being?

Mindfulness exercises and gratitude practices.

What book have you read more than once?

Man's Search for Meaning by Viktor Frankl. It can be a reminder during difficult times about how we cannot avoid suffering but we can choose how to cope with it, find meaning in it, and move forward with renewed purpose.

Favorite organization/non-profit?

One of my favorites is the Child Mind Institute because it helps with addressing the stigma of mental health and works to provide support to a population that needs it.

How do you recharge?

Spending time outdoors, especially the beach.
