I help clients learn to handle stress, anxiety and depression as well as teaching skills to cope with addictions, having a lack of motivation, having low self esteem, and building confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support and empower you in that journey.

I became a mental health professional after working as a correctional officer for years. I felt that I could help people overcome obstacles in their lives by helping them to learn new habits and coping skills to overcome mental health disorders, traumas and family dysfunction.
My interests outside of work are reading, writing, going to the beach, and spending time with family and friends.
The one thing I do daily that helps support my mental and emotional well-being is listen to audio books on mental health topics on my drive to and from work.
In order to recharge, on the weekends, I like to take care of my plants. I enjoy seeing them grow, change and thrive.
