My Therapy Style

My therapeutic approach is trauma-focused and person-centered. I focus on tangible skills to learn adaptable coping skills to build a foundation of change. I come from a place of teaching with understanding and flexibility. I utilize research-based models to practice known models of change to help you grow. I want to honor your time and energy in therapy. I need to know you walked away with an experience of growth. My goals are your goals. I am here to help you change and that mission is important.
