Get to Know Me

Why did you become a mental health professional?

I believe that people can make positive changes in their lives. Sometimes, people need help to make those changes. I appreciate the opportunity as a mental health professional, working as a facilitator, to collaboratively work with the client, and create a better outcome.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your well-being?

Starting the day early with quiet meditation and prayer.

Favorite organization/non-profit?

FEAT Houston because this organization's mission is to help improve the quality of life of those with developmental disabilities.

Do you have any pets?

I have two small dogs. My favorite pet story is when I first obtained them as puppies. I held them and knew we belonged with each other.
