I have 15 years of experience in educational and community settings. I have worked extensively with adults and families presenting with a wide variety of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, and substance use. I am a strong advocate of all aspects of positive psychology, including mindfulness and health psychology, and believe that life enrichment is an integral part of the therapeutic process.
I became a mental health professional because I believe in the power of positive, stable mental health. When we feel good, we support ourselves, others, and our communities in positive, enduring ways. And have the power to help change our world. I want to be a part of that change.

Shower! I love water, and being able to jump in the shower every day clears my mind and cleanses my body so I can feel stronger, healthier, and happier.
I recharge by spending time with my kids and my animals. They make me laugh, make me think, and give me so many reminders of the things in my life I feel grateful for.
I am a farmer :). I have close to 300 animals, and I love every single one of them. One of my favorite things to watch is my duck, Jefe's, extensive bathing routines. He's so cute! And so thorough!
