I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and a Master's level Certified Addiction Professional (MCAP) in the State of Florida. I have been working in the field for 25 years, with clients who suffer from depression, anxiety, addiction, grief and loss, trauma, change of life challenges, family and relationship issues. I offer a safe, respectful, nonjudgmental environment by creating an open, trusting and collaborative partnership, and utilizing evidence-based practices, I utilize multiple therapeutic modalities while emphasizing self-care and mindfulness practices.

Outside of work, I enjoy pickleball, jogging, swimming, and going to the beach. When weather does not permit outdoor activities, I read or watch old movies.
I periodically re-read The Prophet by Kalil Gibran. Every time I read it, a different section speaks to my soul.
I support organizations that work for the welfare of animals. I believe that we must speak up for those that have no voice.
I recharge by taking long walks with my dog, in natural settings. Being with nature, with no distractions, helps me recenter and reconnect with my inner self.
