Get to Know Me

What are your interests outside of work?

I have become a cat lady as an adult…no idea how that happened but I love them and all my pets! I love to explore new restaurants and connect with people and places through local foods/recipes.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your well-being?

This might be such a therapist thing to say but I do really try to find mindful minutes every day to check-in with myself, to breathe, and to connect to things I feel gratitude for. I also always jam out to one of my favorite songs in the car!

What book have you read more than once?

The book The Untethered Soul and the documentary Finding Joe are my go to revisits. Every time I engage with these I walk away with a completely different feeling based on where I am at in my life at the time. I love all of the growth and self-reflection they provide.

How do you recharge?

I love cinema arts and look forward to connecting with family through films, plays, and shows. Water is my happy space for sure and the beach is an instant recharge for me. Give me a good puzzle and I will end up losing myself in it for hours on end.
