I heavily believe that our family dynamics and relationships can greatly impact who we are and how we see the world.

My Therapy Style

I have been practicing since 2015 and would describe my therapy style as person-centered. I fully believe that clients should lead their treatment and focus on being non-judgmental and supportive to help clients meet their desired goals. Because my therapeutic background is in marriage and family therapy, I heavily believe that our family dynamics and relationships can greatly impact who we are and how we see the world, and will often explore these dynamics in treatment.

Get to Know Me

Why did you become a mental health professional?

I've been interested in psychology since I was a teenage. I was fascinated with how the human mind works. In my family and friend groups, I was always the person who helped others with their stressors and better understand themselves. It only felt natural to eventually become a therapist.

What are your interests outside of work?

I love to be outside and in nature. At the same time, I love video games and often spend some time playing every weekend.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your well-being?

Sometimes I need to disconnect from work and responsibilities for a few minutes. I will take a short walk or go stand outside for a few minutes. Just sitting and taking a few deep breaths is very helpful.

How do you recharge?

I often recharge by doing some kind of physical activity. If the weather is good, I would like to go outside for a walk. I also enjoy playing video games or hanging out with loved ones.
