Hello! I'm delighted that you're here. My approach is grounded, open-minded, and centered around you as an individual. I incorporate evidence-based practices such as Emotion-Focused Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, as well as Mindfulness and Meditation techniques. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can be yourself. My goal is to ensure you feel heard and leave with greater self-confidence. Get to Know Me

Why did you become a mental health professional?

I became interested in mental health during undergrad. I was fortunate to have someone in my family who is a licensed clinical social worker. My passion grew during my graduate program when I moved my concentration to macro social work and aided with developing programs to serve the community. Working in community health, I enjoyed meeting with my clients and watching them complete their goals, which led me to individual therapy.

What are your interests outside of work?

I enjoy spending time with my family, trying new places to eat, and being outdoors in the sun. I basically enjoy relaxing!!

What is one thing you do daily that supports your well-being?

I enjoy exercising and being outside, and taking mindfulness walks during my breaks.

Favorite organization/non-profit?

I would say my favorite experience was being employed with an Assertive Community Treatment program. I was able to be in the community and really understanding the barriers and being able to advocate for my client's needs.
