My Therapy Style

I help empower individuals to live authentically as they journey towards well-being. The truth about you is sometimes messy but always powerful. Healing is a collaborative journey and I hope to help you utilize your strengths to overcome your challenges and achieve your goals.

While I've engaged with a diverse range of individuals, my methods and mannerisms resonate particularly well with young adults to middle-aged individuals navigating life transitions, parenting, caregiving, relationships, and work-related difficulties, often resulting in anxiety, depression, stress, and burnout.

Get to Know Me

Why did you become a mental health professional?

I truly believe that people are the best thing that could happen to us, so it only makes sense to dedicate my entire vocation to people. Life is messy; we're all just doing our best and trying to figure it out as we go. I want to help others navigate life's complexities, allowing them to reconnect with aspects of themselves that they may have overlooked, all while supporting their journey towards becoming the person they aspire to be.

What are your interests outside of work?

I enjoy traveling, being in nature, spending time with loved ones, and trying new coffee shops.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your well-being?

I like to find time for some quiet alone time everyday, even if it's just 5 minutes.

What book have you read more than once?

I'd have to say To Kill a Mocking Bird because it took me 2 reads to realize that it wasn't a manual (just kidding). I just found it to be a dynamic book with multiple layers and its themes resonated with me.

How do you recharge?

Having quiet time to read or be in nature is helpful!
