I create a safe and inclusive space for my clients to explore their depths and discover their inner resilience. My approach blends holistic therapeutic techniques honoring the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. My tailored strategies, integrate your interests with evidence-based practices. Why did you become a mental health professional?

To be a witness in people's discovery of their own inner wisdom, in their journey of healing.

What are your interests outside of work?

I enjoy traveling, spending time with family, watching movies, listening to music and astrology.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your well-being?

Find space to check in with myself in order to decompress.

What book have you read more than once?

The Little Prince because there are many hidden life lessons, written in such simple yet profound ways.

Favorite organization/non-profit?

Any non-profit that works with foster or at-risk youth, because I used to work with those organizations for many years. That's where I learned that one person can make a difference in someone else's life.
