What is one thing you do daily that supports your well-being?

I meditate for 20 minutes every day using the 6 phases by Visen Lakhiani.

I hike and practice yoga. I enjoy being outdoors, mostly at the beach.

Do you have any pets?

I have a mixed terrier breed named Honey. I was packing my suitcase to go on a weekend trip and Honey was following me around my room. I lost sight of her and after searching for a few minutes found her curled up in my opened suitcase. She wanted a vacation too.
